Here is one of the best websites to use for improving your English skills using spaced repetition:

The wonders of spaced repetition will change your ability to remember and use English vocabulary.
WHAT IS SPACED REPETITION?
Spaced repetition means that you are shown a word and you are asked what it means and how to use the word.If you answer correctly, the word will not be shown to you for 24 hours. If you can correctly define the word and how to use the word, then the word will not be shown to you for 72 hours (3 days).
Then the word will be shown to you, and if you can again answer correctly what the word means and how to use the word, the word will not be shown to you for 7 days.
This process keeps happening. When you can correctly define the word and explain its correct use, the word is not shown to you for longer and longer periods of time.
Eventually, you will have some words not showing up for weeks at a time.
If you cannot answer correctly, the word is moved to the very beginning of the sequence. You start over with the word...and once again move through the spaced sequence of longer and longer periods of time between being shown the word.
What we know about this method is that it produces results in all students of English. The results are long-lasting and useful to the student.
You remember words longer and better. Your ability to quickly remember words and how to correctly use them will impress you...especially when you are speaking English in the "real world."
To make this all work with the most efficient use of your time, you will find links to free software you can use to help you automate your practice of spaced repetition.

YOUR NEXT PRACTICAL HOMEWORK ASSIGNMENT?
I want you to learn one new word each day from this list:
This list was put together by TALKENGLISH.COM
Their website and online learning platform is one of the best you will ever find.
When you open this link, you are going to find a brief introduction to the word list and an explanation as to why it is such a powerful list of English vocabulary.
When you start to look at the list of words, you will probably notice that you already are familiar with MANY of the words on the list.
Your mission is to search through the list and find words YOU DO NOT KNOW...or the words of which you are NOT TOO SURE.
Please make a list of the words you do not know or are not too sure of their meaning and/or correct use.
Then learn one word each day from the list of words you do not know or are not exactly sure of.
Each day, you learn one word from this list. And each day, you review ALL the new words you are learning.
After seven days of doing this, you will have seven words you are working with. Keep on adding one new word each day.
After thirty days, you will have thirty words you are implanting inside your memory bank.
TO LEARN ENGLISH VOCABULARY YOU MUST PRACTICE USING THE WORDS INSIDE SENTENCES
Let's say the new word you are practicing is the word FANTASTIC.I want you to make-up a sentence using the word FANTASTIC. Create a sentence in the past tense, present tense, and future tense.
Three different sentences using the word FANTASTIC?
Yes, that's right.
HERE ARE SOME EXAMPLES OF THREE DIFFERENT ENGLISH SENTENCES USING THE NEW WORD:
- (past tense) "Yesterday, I had the most FANTASTIC pizza at this new restaurant I went to with my friend."
- (present tense) "Today I am being FANTASTIC at cleaning the house."
- (future tense) "Tomorrow I will be the most FANTASTIC parent in the history of parenting when I help my kid learn how to wash dishes."
No.
They are not.
But...what matters is that you just go for it. IF the sentences you create suck...IF they are a grammatical mess --- that is okay.
